TUESDAY

7:30- 8:45am EARLY BIRD ALL LEVELS FLOW with Anna Ourusoff

Yoga asanas, postures or shapes invite us to ask potent questions about ourselves and how we are being in life, in our bodies, in our minds, in our hearts, with ourselves, with each other, and with life...When we approach asana as sacred inquiry, we discover that our attitude of being open in wonder and curiosity is a place of immense magic and power that begins to set us free into the deepest truth of who we really are.  In this class we explore and apply elegant bio-mechanical alignment principles in a playful sequence of movements that challenge and invite us to open mind, body, and heart to our day, inspired, willing and desiring to explore the deepest layers of ourselves.   All levels welcome. Drop in $15. Monthly passes available if you commit to the month. Contact Anna: 406-600-7565 montanalotusyoga@gmail.com
