Monday


  • 8:15-9:15 am PERSONAL BALANCE/AYURVEDIC YOGA with Jane Weisenberger

 Ayurveda literally means knowledge of life.  This class is specifically designed to help realign the body, mind and spirit to facilitate balance through the change of seasons. We move through the smooth flowing asanas with a focus on the breath.  The body warms up quickly quickly to release tension and toxins that can accumulate during the winter months. 

This yoga is for everyone


  • PRIVATE YOGA THERAPY with Jane Weisenberger (by appointment only)

Jane Weisenberger, MPT, RYT, C-IAYT: practicing physical therapist, yoga instructor, and                certified yoga therapist

$50 each session.

Initial session 1.5 to 2 hours

Additional sessions 1 hour

Each session emphasizes bringing out your highest potential and connecting to an awakened state of your true nature!

The yoga session includes: testing all joints in your body to find any muscle or range of motion imbalance.

An individualized exercise program will be designed specially for you to do on your own with exercises progressing gradually as as you get stronger.  Also, if interested,  I will create a yoga program specific to your needs.  Facilitating improved symmetrical strength and movement to reduce the potential of injury and keep you moving though all the recreation you love!! 

A 15 minute meditation will end each session to help open energy channels in your being to connect to your higher potential with peace, love and joy. 

Ayurvedic sessions also available.

  • 12-1 pm YOGA FOR BACKS with Jane Weisenberger

        Jane Weisenberger, MPT, RYT, C-IAYT: practicing physical therapist, yoga instructor, and                certified yoga therapist

The class focus is to facilitate maximum health and joy through breathing, movement and mindfulness.  Jane emphasizes increased symmetry in joint range-of-motion and joint strength to enable full participation in recreation activities with less injury; no matter your age.

Keeping healthy and active will allow us all to continue being valuable, contributing members  of this community!

Therapeutic Yoga for Backs is a flow-based class with professional cueing to specifically improve strength and range-of-motion while restoring the natural curves in your spine.

This Vinyasa flow moves through a slow to medium pace, retaining each asana to increase heart rate and open up energy channels.

All levels of yoga students are encouraged to enjoy this practice.  If this is your first introduction to Yoga, this is a wonderful class to start. If already a veteran Yogi, you can improve your asanas and hone your practice to keep body, mind and spirit in harmony throughout life.

Sarah Margaret is a Licensed Massage Therapist under the  Montana State Board of Massage Therapy  and 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher through  Yoga Alliance . Sarah is certified in Thai Therapeutic and Medical Massage, Amrit Method of Yoga Nidra and Yoga Therapy, and two lineages of Tibetan Singing Bowl Therapy.   • 10:00-11:30am WISDOM WARRIORS YOGA with Sandy Knapp

-For anyone 55 and over-  A Special Class Designed for Extraordinary People!
-Intention: Body Awareness, Alignment/Posture, Strength, Balance, Range of Motion (flexibility)
Relaxation through Breath & Meditation, Shared Wisdom, Fun!

    This is “functional” yoga designed to enhance the quality of life as we grow older.  No previous yoga experience is necessary.  You do not have to be able to stand straight and touch your toes!  You will safely progress at your own pace.  Classes are ongoing each Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.  The last class of each month is a restorative practice.  Classes are by registration on day 1.  Packages of 4 are available for the best rate:  $45.00 to be used within 3 months; $40.00 for people over 65 yrs of age. When 4 consecutive classes are attended, the 5th session is FREE!  Drop-ins are always welcome.  Prices are:  $15.00 per class; $12.00 for 65 & over.  First-timers pay $5.00 just to check it out.  Anyone already established earns 1 free class for every guest he/she brings in!

This class can help restore full range-of-motion that allows for increased blood-flow and balanced movement.  Deep breathing helps guides us into each pose.  Then holding the position for 3-5 minutes allows the body to slowly and deeply sink into the joints without strain to the body. 


Take this class if you:- Sit long hours at a computer or desk- Hike, Ski, Climb, Run or Bike -Drive long hours- Lift heavy items repeatedly- Have tightness in your joints that you can’t get relief from.
Keep up your active lifestyle and join me each Week for YIN!!! Your whole body will be at peace!

Jenna has been passionate about natural health and alternative therapies since the late 90’s. With a strong background in dance, she became fascinated with the body and how it moves at an early age.  

Jenna Leigh graduated from Touch Therapy Institute in Los Angeles, California in 2004.

She worked as a full-time massage therapist until 2012.

In 2012 Jenna Leigh received her 200 RYT credentials outside of Detroit, Michigan under the training of Brian Granader, owner of Red Lotus Yoga.

She moved to Bozeman later that year and began teaching yoga full time.

Four years later Jenna opened Pure Healing Yoga. She received her 200 ERYT status in 2017 and began to facilitate a 2oo HR Yoga Teacher Training Program.

Her teachings include Gentle yoga, Slow Flow Vinyasa, Vinyasa & Short Form Ashtanga. Jenna combines elements of these styles to create a dynamic and inspiring breath-based flow. She spends time at the beginning of each class focusing on the connection between breath and body, helping to create a mindful experience during your practice. With a background in bodywork, she has an outstanding ability to give helpful and thorough hands on adjustments. Jenna's experience with teaching a variety of students as well as her kind and gentle manner is well suited to leading students of all levels.
