A 2 hour intermediate led yoga practice, embodying principles of loving kindness, uncovering the intrinsic goodness within us, and leading us to express our inner radiance.  This practice will move us through some fundamentals, gearing toward some more challenging variations using the Anusara Universal Principles of Alignment.   • 10:00-11:30am WISDOM WARRIORS YOGA with Sandy Knapp

-Intention: Body Awareness, Alignment/Posture, Strength, Balance, Range of Motion (flexibility)
Relaxation through Breath & Meditation, Shared Wisdom, Fun!

    This is “functional” yoga designed to enhance the quality of life as we grow older.  No previous yoga experience is necessary.  You do not have to be able to stand straight and touch your toes!  You will safely progress at your own pace.  Classes are ongoing each Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.  The last class of each month is a restorative practice.  Classes are by registration on day 1.  Packages of 4 are available for the best rate:  $45.00 to be used within 3 months; $40.00 for people over 65 yrs of age. When 4 consecutive classes are attended, the 5th session is FREE!  Drop-ins are always welcome.  Prices are:  $15.00 per class; $12.00 for 65 & over.  First-timers pay $5.00 just to check it out.  Anyone already established earns 1 free class for every guest he/she brings in!

We are starting an Artists Way group here in Bozeman! This group is for people working through the book. The group will be meeting every Wednesday from 9 - 11 am until the first week of November. It is a 12 week course. Each week we will start with some grounding meditations and then review our work on a specific chapter of the book, including our experience of the Morning Pages and the Artist's Date. The format of the group is based on Julia Cameron's sacred circle concept which is based on respect, trust and non- judgement.

Margaret is a Baptiste Power Yoga style RYT-200 who focuses on linking breath with movement and leading a powerful vinyasa practice in which every student has the freedom to express themselves. She strives to deliver classes that are physically challenging enough to get students out of their heads and tuned into their bodies, so students leave feeling connected and refreshed. Margaret believes that yoga is a gift that everyone should give themselves and is excited to continue sharing the practice with others. Outside of yoga, Margaret enjoys cooking healthy food and spending time in nature with friends and family!


Join Margaret in this all levels vinyasa class designed to help build lean muscle, improve balance, and increase flexibility in order to prepare for winter snow sports! You will flow through sun salutations to warm up, hold poses to increase leg and core strength, and end with restorative poses meant to calm and reset the body and mind. Learn breathing practices and yoga poses that you can incorporate into your snow sport warm-ups and cool-downs to avoid injury and improve posture and alignment. All are welcome! Meet Krystal...


My name is Krystal RayLynn. I recently moved to Bozeman, MT after working in Yellowstone. I was born and raised in Baton Rouge, LA. I am a Yoga Enthusiast, Pre-certified Health Coach, Oneness Blessing Giver, and Psychic specializing in Chakra Reading, Guide Connection and Dream Guidance.




These meditations will occur bi-monthly on Sunday evenings at Montana Lotus Center.  Krystal wanted to hold them specifically on Sunday nights, as a week ends and another begins, in order to do things like:  

  • set intentions/visualize 

  • clear and calm our mind for the week ahead

  • reflect on the previous week

  • meditate on what may serve us better in future weeks

  • or/and... just sit, enjoy, and zen out


Krystal is also a certified Oneness, Deeksha Blessing Giver.  She has been receiving Deeksha for over three years now and  became a certified Blessing giver a year-and-a-half ago.  

What is Deeksha?: 

Deeksha is a powerful transmission of energy, which rapidly accelerates the evolution of consciousness and stimulates a flowering of the heart.  Krystal's life has evolved and transformed greatly from receiving Deeksha and this is why she wanted to bring it to the Bozeman area.  This meditation is good for anyone who is wanting to learn more about meditation and/or cultivate a regular practice.  It's also good for those of us seeking a deeper connection with our True Self and cultivate qualities like more patience, compassion, understanding, etc. for ourselves and others.
