Primordial Sound Meditation

Wednesdays, August 8, 15, 22, & 29

9:00 - 11:30 am

Montana Lotus Center

What is Primordial Sound Meditation?

Primordial Sound Meditation uses individually selected sounds of nature called mantras to disconnect from the activity of life.  These primordial sounds are based on the vibration that the universe was creating at the moment of your birth, determined through the science of Vedic astrology.

Practicing Primordial Sound Meditation on a daily basis can help you:

  • Manage stress
  • Reduce anxiety/depression
  • Enhance relationships
  • Improve sleep
  • Expand your creativity
  • Connect to your purpose
