Revitalize your body, relax your mind, reduce stress-with a slow, gentle standing flow with floor sequences.
Students will synchronize conscious breath with mindful movement, to build strength, energy, flexibility, and improved breath capacity.
Much like a regular vinyasa flow, we link breath with movement, but we slow it down so postures are being held longer, for a deeper mind-body connection.
Beginning with a longer floor sequence, followed by a shorter standing sequence to build heat, and cooling down with more floor work.
