Yin Yoga-with Danielle

Yin yoga, through holding specific postures for several minutes at a time, nourishes and explores important connective tissue (ex: fascia and ligaments). This slow-moving, mindful and meditative practice is the perfect complement to yang activity such as vinyasa yoga, skiing, running, etc. Appropriate for all levels.
