What to expect:
Come join us for 2 hours of deep release! This unique intensive is designed to teach you simple, yet transformative techniques using foam rollers, basic yoga poses and ball work. Like an onion, we have many layers in the body from the physical to the energetic. In our time together we will cover head to toe approaches for a peeling back of the body as a system of tissue, muscle and energy. Results? Soften deep tissue, restore muscle imbalances and melt away sticky energy that hinders our ability to flow in our natural state.
No experience necessary-just a good attitude, curiosity and willingness!
After attending Bikram training in 2001, Meg opened one of Montana's first hot yoga studios. She has traveled extensively, and has been practicing for over 17 years. She has had the privilege to study and practice with many teachers, and teaches a fusion of of all the "nuggets" she has developed from her training whenever she can. Recently, Meg's interest in fascia releasing techniques has inspired her to incorporate these techniques into her personal practice, as well as when she guides a class.

Yin yoga, through holding specific postures for several minutes at a time, nourishes and explores important connective tissue (ex: fascia and ligaments). This slow-moving, mindful and meditative practice is the perfect complement to yang activity such as vinyasa yoga, skiing, running, etc. Appropriate for all levels.

Celebrating the release of her new book “Fearless After Fifty: How to Thrive with Grace, Grit and Yoga”, she is excited to share from her deep and passionate exploration of self-care through yoga. Desiree continues to learn from her own practice and from her experience teaching thousands of students worldwide. Candlelight Sound Sanctuary: An Intimate Journey with Sound Medicine
Join us for a very intimate sound medicine ceremony with an invitation to drop out of thinking mind and float into the feeling state of an internal subtle body experience. Entering in silence and lying down with eyeshades on, the circle is transported into a spacious meditative state. A transformative offering of crystal and Tibetan bowls, bells, shakers, handpan, native flute, gong and heartful voice carries you into an expanded state of awareness. We will end with plenty of time to silently enjoy tea, journaling and gazing into the candlelight.
